Holly Helmann
MA, LPC

 

Holly holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lakeland University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, creating a compassionate, collaborative space for growth and healing.

She works with clients of all genders and backgrounds, with a special focus on supporting women and girls. Holly is particularly passionate about ADHD treatment, with expertise in working with adult women and children navigating challenges related to attention, organization, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. She helps clients understand their neurodivergent traits, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies for everyday success.

Holly also has extensive experience supporting women, children, and teens who have experienced trauma, significant life stressors, suicidality, and self-harm behaviors. Her approach integrates evidence-based, strength-based modalities, including TF-CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and psychoeducation, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Her style is direct, honest, and down-to-earth, often incorporating humor to explore complex topics. With extensive experience in crisis intervention, she brings a steady, grounded presence to clients seeking resilience, clarity, and lasting change.
