Sophia is a Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training (LPC-IT) with a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. Sophia works collaboratively with each individual, tailoring her approach to meet their unique experiences and needs.

Her integrative approach draws from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Sophia is passionate about helping clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful growth.
