ABOUT CCS
Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) is a program that helps people of all ages live their best lives. It focuses on unique needs that relate to mental health and substance use. CCS is a voluntary, community-based program funded by the State of Wisconsin and operated by the consumer's county Department of Human Services. The CCS program offers a wide array of psychosocial rehabilitation services. These are services and support activities that assist CCS clients with mental health and/or substance use conditions to achieve their highest possible level of independent functioning, stability, and independence, and to facilitate recovery.
Grace Counseling and Family Services provides CCS Services for Sauk, Juneau, Monroe, Columbia, and La Crosse counties.

Jordyn Ballweg

Jordyn is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point with a Bachelor’s degree in Family Consumer Sciences- Family Life Education. Through her work history and studies, she has developed a passion for helping youth, adults and families to reach their highest potential and meet desired goals. Jordyn currently works with youth and adults providing service facilitation through the Sauk County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting and camping.

CCS Administrator
Sabrina Benish
Sabrina is the Office Manager at our Reedburg Outpatient Location and CCS Administrator at our Reedsburg location, working behind the scenes to help things run smoothly. With 18 years of experience in child care within the Reedsburg community and 6 years as a licensed foster parent in Juneau County, she brings compassion and dedication to every part of her work. Sabrina enjoys camping with her family, reading, attending sporting events, and being actively involved in her community. You’ll always be greeted by her friendly smile and a genuine desire to support others.

Brigette Chizek
MSW, LCSW
Brigette graduated with her Masters in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Brigette works in the CCS program as a service facilitator, therapist and group facilitator. Brigette is passionate about DBT and utilizes a person-centered approach. She believes in being easy going and remaining curious, open and a strong advocate for the underdog in all of us, during each stage of recovery.

Laura Gavin

Laura received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from UW-Stout in December 2019. Laura works with all ages as a service facilitator in the Sauk County CCS program. She believes in supporting others to find positive relationships throughout their lives to better their well-being. Laura’s approach is always laid back, empathetic and person-centered, ensuring that people feel understood and supported. She has worked with individuals from many different walks of life and believes that our past does not define who we are. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and two cats, gardening, and listening to music.

Christina Norcia-Puntney

Christina received her Bachelor of Psychology: Crisis Counseling, along with her Master’s in Human Services Counseling: Crisis Response and Trauma at Liberty University. Christina is passionate about helping others and has worked in the human services field for over 7 years, working with adults and youth. Christina is a travel enthusiast and enjoys spending time with family and being out in nature.

Natalie Jenswold

Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and a minor in Human Services from UW-Whitewater. She also holds an associate's degree in Early Childhood from Black Hawk Technical College. Natalie has worked with individuals from 18 years of age to end-of-life, with developmental and physical disabilities and mental health. She is a strong advocate for individuals and believes in a consumer-centered approach. Natalie has a passion to assist individuals with their goals, hopes and dreams and overcome the barriers they face. In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, running, watching sports and gardening. Natalie believes "there is no greater joy nor greater reward than to make a fundamental difference in someone's life."

Matthew Carpenter

Matthew Carpenter has been a dedicated part of the CCS community for the past four years and now brings his experience and passion to Grace Counseling and Family Service as a Service Facilitator. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point.
Matthew is committed to supporting individuals of all ages and is especially focused on fostering an inclusive, empowering environment where every person feels seen and valued. His approach centers on helping consumers build meaningful connections with themselves and their areas of interest, with the goal of promoting personal growth and well-being.
Outside of his professional role, Matthew enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and sharing quality time with his family. He looks forward to continuing to make a positive and lasting impact through his work.

Mahkinzie Brown

Kinzie earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Winona State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work with a focus on mental health at UW-Madison. She believes in utilizing a person-centered approach, emphasizing the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment to effectively work alongside clients. Kinzie has gained valuable experience through her internship in the Community Supportive Services (CCS) program with Grace, as well as her work in a residential facility. She remains curious and is eager to contribute her energy and perspective to the team as she prepares to advance her career in social work. In her free time, Kinzie enjoys learning about mental health, spending time with her family, and playing with her dog

Rachel Lizzadro-McPherson

​Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point in Psychology with an emphasis in Human Services and minored in Child, Youth, & Family Studies. She went on to complete her Masters in Education and Education Specialist Degree in School Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Rachel is a strong advocate for
individuals with disabilities and has spent her professional career working with children involved with community services and/or receiving services and accommodations within the school setting. Rachel’s goals are to help people within the community with a therapeutic lens and to create more safe places for individuals and families to process and build skills. As a member of the community, she is involved in an improv troupe as well as some community theater
productions.

Corina is a provider who works with adults and children as a community mentor in the CCS program. She enjoys family time, reading and UTV rides. She believes you are worthy of a life filled with joy and happiness.

Stephanie is a community mentor who works with adults and children in the CCS program. She is compassionate and realistic with a calm, consistent perspective. Miranda Kraus

Miranda's greatest passion has always been to learn about people, why we do what we do, etc. This was her motivation behind pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology.
Miranda has worked with people from all walks of life including individuals involved with child welfare to those entering their end of life journey on hospice. Miranda has learned that being a part of someone’s journey to “success”, whatever that may look like for them, is such a privilege! Miranda enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities and hopes that people can learn from her as much as she will learn from them.

MaCall earned her Master's degree in Marriage Family Therapy from Capella University. She views therapy as a collaborative journey, helping clients enhance self-awareness, discover new perspectives, and build personal strengths for a more fulfilling and positive life. MaCall fosters a judgment-free environment where individuals can explore their true selves with courage. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and abilities, and is affirming of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Stephaine Baker

Stephaine earned her Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Youth and Child Care from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, followed by a Master of Art in Instruction from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. With over twenty years of experience as a middle school science teacher and elementary teacher, she has also served as a coach and mentor, strongly advocating for all individuals. In her free time, Stephaine leads educational travel groups, combining her love for exploration with hands-on learning experiences. Her passions include travel, hiking, camping, and reading, all of which inspire her work with students.

Tamara Eden

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work, along with CCAR Recovery Coach certification and a Substance Use Disorders certification from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She has also completed all educational hours toward her SAC-IT credential.
Throughout her career, Tamara has worked extensively with adults experiencing mental health challenges and substance use disorders in community, residential, corrections, and law enforcement settings. She has also supported at-risk youth and youth navigating mental health challenges.
Passionate about walking alongside others on their journey toward their happiest and healthiest selves, Tamara approaches everyone with compassion, empathy, respect, and a nonjudgmental attitude.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, sharing laughter, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and caring for her three small dogs.

Amber obtained her Master of Science in Mental Counseling from Viterbo University. Although her primary specialization is in child and adolescent therapy, she has worked with clients across all groups. Amber chose to become a provider to assist others in utilizing their personal strengths for healing. She believes that each person is the expert of their own journey and adopts a collaborative, integrated approach to counseling, tailoring her techniques to suit the specific needs of her patients.

Jamie has earned a master's degree in mental health counseling from Lakeland University and a bachelor's degree in music education from UW-La Crosse. As a licensed professional counselor, she supports children, adolescents, and adults on their mental health journeys. Jamie adopts a person-centered approach, creating a genuine, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment to address life's challenges. She employs various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, psychoeducation, and play therapy, viewing therapy as a collaborative partnership that fosters self-awareness and personal strengths. In her leisure time, Jamie enjoys playing the drums and piano, sharing laughter with friends and family, and spending quality time with her son.

Kathy is a dedicated mental health professional currently pursuing her master's degree in social work from Capella University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and is passionate about supporting individuals from all walks of life on their path to healing and growth.
With a future-focused approach to therapy, Kathy believes in meeting people where they are—with empathy, respect, and an open mind. Her practicum work is rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take steps toward positive change.
Kathy brings a compassionate presence and a deep commitment to helping clients of all ages navigate life’s challenges with dignity and hope.
